As a TMU student, you have the free access to online learning content on AWS. More importantly, AWS Educate offers $100 USD free credit to support your hands-on cloud learning experience, without credit card tie-in requirement. You need only less than a few minutes to register as a member of AWS Educate.
Who counts as a “TMU students”?
Every students who have the email domain of “@tmu.edu.tw”, that includes all kinds of degree, such as undergrads, graduate, and phD.
How do I sign up?

I don’t have a credit card, can I still register?
Students do not need credit card to register for the AWS Educate account.
As a student, what is my eligibility for AWS Educate?
You are eligible for a $100 USD AWS credit. Also, AWS provides students multiple online free learning resources, including career pathway and badge under hot topics. The training session in career pathway was designed according to different career path in cloud industry, such as data scientist, machine learning scientist, and solution architect etc. While the session in badge was designed according to different AWS trending topics and field of applications, such as IoT, startup, DeepRacer, and RoboMaker etc.
Do these credits renew?
Yes, they renew annually until you graduate, more or less on the anniversary of having submitted the Educate application. An email will be generated from the Educate program which will allows you to renew your credit. Note that the remaining credit unused will not sustained to the next year.
I’m a teacher, can I register for AWS Educate account too?
Yes! You can definitely register the account as an educator. The educate program provide educators 2 account options, which are standard account and starter account. You can check out the differences between both types in the above link.
